Doc Tool and Whiteboard now on App Store“2 Comments”

Go have at ‘em. Doc Tool provides a handy viewer tool for many kinds of files and an entry point for “Open in” support for apps that offer that kind of app-to-app document transfer. Whiteboard is, well, a digital whiteboard.  Both apps provide video out support so now’s a great time to try out your video-out cables with your iPad. An enhanced version of Whiteboard is waiting in Apple review, offering a way to load documents behind the main drawing, e.g. Powerpoint slides that you can draw on.

PasteCatcher now in App Store“8 Comments”

PasteCatcher lets you copy things like pictures, text, and urls on your Mac and serve them to your iPhone. PasteCatcher copies them to your iPhone’s pasteboard. (iTunes link). See this page for more details.

Monsterizer creates random faces using MonsterID and Wavatar art. You can add these to your address book contacts that do not currently have images. Monsterizer tags all entries it updates, so you can remove the generated images if you later change your mind.
