Request for Leopard Users

Can you test out the latest AirFlick 0.42 build and report back? (Don’t forget: You need an Apple TV 2, enable AirPlay and don’t use a password from the ATV) Thanks! Update: Try version 0.43 instead. It uses port 8199 instead and hopefully won’t conflict and isn’t a restricted port for most people. (Check your firewall settings.) Update 2: Looks like mongoose is working on intel but not ppc yet… Trying to do some lipo love Update 3: Please try 0.44 Update 4: I’ve got confirmation from users (thanks guys!) on an i386 and on PPC. Anyone else? (Thanks to Gary McMahon and everyone else who pitched in.)

I have been trying this and I am impressed. I actually downloaded v. 0.51 and have been watching .mov files happily. Yes, I have had the errors once or twice but so far so good.
My vested interest is in getting the BBC iPlayer content to work on ATV. I am not optimistic though. I have tried dumping the urls into the window from iPlayer files but that does not work, perhaps unsurprisingly. Any thoughts about that?
Thanks, though.

Well, I would like to test but realized Airflick does not support aTV 1G. Is that correct? And any chance that will happen?

Airflick 0.51 freezes and hangs on my MacBook Air and my iMac both running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 when I send a picture or movie to my ATV2. It does work on the mac’s Airplayer. I see _airplay._tcp in the bonjour browser. The only recovery is a force quit. What can I do to fix this?
